The euro was little changed against its major rivals after the rating agency Fitch slashed the ratings of Greece to 'C' from 'CCC'. As of 6:55 am ET, the common currency was trading at 1.3227 against the dollar, 0.8423 versus the pound, 106.20 against the yen and 1.2072 against the Swiss franc.
