AUD

The Daily Forecaster: AUD/USD

Price: 0.9230

Bias: The 0.9219 support needs to hold to extend gains to 0.9298-12 but then risk a corrrection

The underlying MT direction is neutral while the daily bias is bullish. Caution is advised but there is a mild preference for gains within a consolidation. However, be aware of the risk of choppy price action that could hit stops. Therefore take note of both daily & MT S&R and confirm any bullish trade with bullish set up patterns. It would also be advisable to study both lower and higher time frame charts for evidence to support bullish trades:

AUD/USD Classical

AUD/USD: Last Wednesday’s aggressive rally has called into question the validity of our bearish outlook, with the market racing higher to take out some key short-term resistance by 0.9080 and close back above 0.9100. In the interim, the key levels to watch above and below come in by 0.9200 and 0.9055 respectively and we will look for a break on either side for clearer directional bias.
